HackHaus Refund & Return Policy

At HackHaus, we want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • To start a return, please contact us at Support@thehackhaus.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • For defective or incorrect items, HackHaus will cover the return shipping fee.
